Scope of protected materials
This Copyright Notice applies to CBSE Tutorial (www.cbse-tutorial.com) and to every form of publication or circulation of materials originating from this platform.
Protected materials include, without limitation:
- Chapter notes, summaries, themes, literary analyses, and exam-focused explanations
- Writing formats, sample answers, craft lines, PYQ banks, and revision prompts
- Diagrams, concept maps, Quick Review boards, illustrations, and generated study visuals
- Exam analysis reports, revision tiers, prediction frameworks, and study pathways
- Verbal / audio revision scripts, attention-tracking study tools, and related interfaces
- Website design, layout, branding, trademarks, logos, and software presentation
- Any compilation, selection, or arrangement of the above materials
Ownership & reservation of rights
All rights, title, and interest in the protected materials are owned exclusively by Gventure Technology Pvt Ltd (“Company”), unless a third-party right is expressly identified in writing.
Company details: registered operations referenced at https://gventure.net/; correspondence address — NX ONE, Techzone-4, Amrapali Dream Valley, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201009, India.
Accessing, viewing, linking to, caching, printing, or downloading any page does not transfer ownership or grant any commercial licence. Students, teachers, schools, coaching centres, publishers, aggregators, and other third parties obtain no proprietary interest in the content.
Unauthorised use & legal offence
Without prior written permission from the Company, you must not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or scrape content at any scale
- Circulate materials via WhatsApp, Telegram, email lists, social media, drive folders, printouts for sale, or coaching handouts
- Sell, license, white-label, or commercially exploit any portion of the materials
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or Gventure brand marks
- Create derivative commercial products from our notes, diagrams, or analyses
Unauthorised publication or circulation of content from www.cbse-tutorial.com is strictly prohibited and may constitute a legal offence under applicable Indian intellectual property laws (including the Copyright Act, 1957) and related cyber / IT provisions. Gventure Technology Pvt Ltd reserves the right to pursue civil remedies and, where appropriate, criminal remedies against infringers.
Images, diagrams & Gventure branding
Every published image, diagram, and visual study asset on this platform is issued under Company branding and must display the Gventure logo / brand mark (on-image watermark and/or accompanying brand attribution).
- Do not crop, cover, blur, or digitally remove the Gventure logo from any visual
- Do not redistribute visuals without the Gventure mark and without written consent
- Screenshots shared for personal study must retain visible branding where present on the page
Removal or concealment of the logo is treated as infringement and evidence of unauthorised circulation.
Limited personal study licence
Subject to these terms, Gventure Technology Pvt Ltd grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to students and teachers to:
- View materials on www.cbse-tutorial.com for personal, non-commercial Class 10 preparation
- Print a reasonable number of pages for personal revision, provided copyright notices and Gventure branding remain intact
This licence does not permit classroom redistribution at scale, paid coaching packs, republication on other websites, or any use that competes with or dilutes Company rights.
Curriculum alignment disclaimer
Study materials are prepared for educational alignment with the CBSE / NCERT Class 10 syllabus and board examination patterns. Proprietary explanations, diagrams, analyses, and presentations remain the property of Gventure Technology Pvt Ltd.
Official NCERT textbooks, CBSE sample papers, circulars, and board notifications remain the property of their respective rights holders. Reference to curriculum topics does not imply endorsement by CBSE or NCERT.
Enforcement & remedies
The Company monitors and investigates suspected infringement. Remedies may include take-down demands, account suspension, injunctive relief, damages, costs, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Failure to enforce any provision in a particular instance does not waive the Company’s right to enforce that provision later.
