Exam-hall order

  1. Section A — fast but careful
  2. Section E — case studies while reading energy is high
  3. Section B + C
  4. Section D — proofs and long calculations last

Proofs to rewrite until fluent

  • Tangents from an external point are equal
  • Tangents at the ends of a diameter
  • Parallelogram circumscribing a circle is a rhombus
  • Opposite sides of a quadrilateral circumscribing a circle
  • Basic Proportionality / similarity angle chasing

Mistake checklist (tick before submitting)

  • Assertion–Reason: did I check if R explains A?
  • Sector/segment: major or minor?
  • AP: an vs Sn correct?
  • Quadratic: discriminant condition checked?
  • Heights & distances: correct triangle after movement?
  • Statistics: correct mid-value / cumulative frequency?
  • Diagrams drawn where needed?
  • Final answers have units where required?
